Delivery, postage & packing
We will usually despatch orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders received at weekends will be despatched on Mondays, except for bank holidays. Delivery is usually next day, but please allow up to three days. You will be able to specify a delivery person and address which is different from that of the card holder using our web site. If you require your plate to be shipped outside of the UK, please contact us by telephone for a quotation.
Payment
We use HSBC Bank to provide a secure payment service, implementing the latest technology to protect your credit card information, and we do not release your details to any other person or organisation.
Returns Policy
If your plate arrives damaged or defective in any way, you have up to 14 days to return it to us and we will provide a prompt replacement free of charge. Please note that we cannot offer a refund for incorrectly specified plates, so please double check the Pram plate preview before placing an order. To make a return please include an explanatory note and wrap the package securely before sending to:

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact us at webmaster@mini-u.co.uk. plate displays are for illustration only: plates may differ from those shown. No guarantees are given as to the accuracy of the colours. If in doubt please phone or e-mail us. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason.

We do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals. You can access our Web site home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations.

All information submitted to us during the course of a product purchase is kept strictly confidential, regardless of the method of purchase. We do not disclose your information to outside marketing organisations or advertisers. This information is kept strictly confidential. Our web site does use cookies in order to keep track of your order but our shopping cart system does not remember your information for future purchases.

We only collect e-mail addresses for order queries and we do not attempt to identify any individual on our list. E-mail addresses are kept strictly confidential: they are not disclosed to outside marketing organisations.
